The invention of the movie camera allowed for the art of storytelling to advance in very creative forms. The ability to record and play life captured as data revealed extreme po- tentials for the transfer of information and a curiosity in manipulation of that reality to convey particular ideas. Architectural setting has played a major role in the creation of film in its capability of placing the viewer within space. Technology acts as a catalyst for effect and in its manipulation produced a myriad of MANIPULATED REALITIES. This website targets the forms of manipulation through the use of technology as a tool for creativity in the films Paprika (2006), Renaissance (2006) and Equilibrium (2002).
