THE SITE ...

This is an image of the site taken from Google Earth. The subject building is the one with the bright blue roof. To the north and east of the building are mostly single family dwellings. The block to the far east has low rise walk-up apartment buildings. To the west is a commuter parking lot for the Spadina subway line. Immediately to the west of the building is a large greenspace that appears to be designated as a "park", although more just a greenspace. It does not appear to be for sale, nor designated as a potential building lot.
