The images and projects below are part of an ongoing education initiative to document the fabrication, design and construction of significant Canadian steel projects, to assist students in understanding the design potential of using structural steel. They are not meant to infer the complete design, fabrication and construction process, and are for "information only". The projects included have used very high safety standards in the construction of these exemplary buildings.

The next Case Study CD-ROM in the series will look at the construction of the series of Skytrain stations built to serve the passengers on the new Millennium Line in Vancouver, B.C. The beta version of the CD was presented at the SSEF Educators Meeting in Montreal, Quebec in March 2004. The project is available through SSEF.
