RENAISSANCE 2054

The Paris of 2054 includes elements of the current day Paris that makes the futuristic setting more believable, and allows the audience to relate to it. An unsettling notion applied by this fast track of time however, is the dystopic use of darkness and decaying space of places that are lively and enjoyed as they exist. The distinction between the new and the old architecture, as the old has been cast away and the new is transparent and flawless, generates the notion of a future obsessed with youth and appearance.
