Supreme Beings and the Uncanny Valley   
            The uncanny valley describes the sector of robots or human subjects which induces an uneasy or discomforting response due to its human-likeness.  The supreme beings which are the uncanny presented in the films are the robots that most resemble man.  These beings not only encompass the physical attributes and characteristics of the ideal, perfect human form, they also undergo the emotional experiences as well.  This depiction begins to blur the lines between human and robot - where the robot begins to become nearly indiscernible as to what they really are, creating a sense of unease.
